Mr. Kroft had a media, commercial and securities litigation practice, involving work before the courts of Manitoba and Ontario, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is past president of Ad Idem. He is now engaged in consulting work on media law to his former media law clients, but is now a member of the management team with a national financial services firm.
